I had a great experience at this pharmacy. Once they received my prescription it was ready the same day. The pharmacist and techs were nice and answered all my questions. I highly recommend this pharmacy

An amazing pharmacy with amazing customer service. I am a physician who runs a busy practice in Waco. Chris rapidly processes my orders at the best prices I've seen in my 12 years of practice. I get all my in house medications here and I call in a majority of my patients prescriptions to be filled and shipped from here as well.

I just received a call from Key Pharmacy to check to see if I needed a refill on a prescription. Not an automated call but an actual person calling! I appreciate that level of service!

I get my meds delivered, every 2 months from Texas to North Carolina. ( Long story) I simply call them, pay with the card that's on file, I set up the best day I'll be available to accept my delivery( meds must stay refrigerated) I pay the overnight Fed ex rate. I get it early in the morning and it's still cool from the ice packs. They are always friendly and efficient.

I cannot express enough how great Key Pharmacy is!! The guys that work there are so helpful, so very nice & always make sure to answer any questions I may have. I walked in the door yesterday & was instantly greeted by my name. They are courteous, the store front is immaculate & the customer service is through the roof!! I HIGHLY recommend!!

I am a new customer to Key pharmacy and couldn’t be more satisfied with my experience. The staff is personable, experienced, and knowledgeable. They go out of their way to get their patients what they need. I highly recommend Keypharmacy to anyone that is looking for a customer- focused and reliable pharmacy.

Update: A year later and I'm still very satisfied. I wrote my review a year ago and was pleasantly surprised. The staff and owner are always nice. The location is very convenient for me and I've never had any concerns. I'm glad they're in Cedar Hill! Original Review: Very friendly and patient. The place was spotless.

I have recently started using Key Pharmacy and I have been extremely pleased with the customer service and efficiency by them. They get your prescription filled quickly and they are always so kind when calling and checking me out! Moving my scripts to Key Pharmacy was the best choice for me!

I have never had a problem with Key Pharmacy until today. I was told the cut-off for ordering and receiving next day was 5pm. I called at 4:24pm, the tech said no more shipping for the day, I would receive on Tuesday. They are no longer considered dependable.
